We provide space planning, finish selections, trade furniture procurement, project management, construction coordination communication, and styling. Process
1 Discovery Call
Every project starts with a 15-minute phone call to get a sense of what you are looking for in your project and decide whether Full-Service Design is the best fit.
2 Initial Consultation
This step is required at the beginning of every project. During this in-person meeting at your home, we will come by for 2 hours to assess the project further and help get an estimate of how much things are going to cost. JSID will be able to offer suggestions, tips, and ideas to move forward with whether that be with Julie Sautter Interior Design, someone else, or your contractor.
3 Contract & Deposit
At the end of the consult, we’ll know which service model is the best fit for your project and we will review that process, pricing, and contract together. If your project is a fit, we will send over a proposal, initial investment estimate, and contracts for signature.
4 Design Phase
The design process is split up into two phases: Concept Design and Detailed Design. We begin each project with a conceptual brainstorming meeting to get to know you, your family, your style, and all your desires! The design phase typically takes a minimum of 8 weeks depending on the size of the project.
5 Implementation Phase
Procurement management from wholesale vendors is a time-consuming process. We place orders for all furniture and fixtures, track deliveries, and resolve deficiencies. If the project involves a new build or renovation, we will project manage the construction progress. Being on-site at critical points during construction can ensure the design is being implemented properly.
6 Installation & Styling
We oversee and coordinate deliveries of furniture and fixtures for white glove installation.
To end the project, we will accessorize and style your space for a magazine-ready turnover!
